(Pretty useless, this, a review of energy drinks?!? Oh well... this was all about reality, remember?)

The world is running too quick, and you're into energy drinks to keep you all pumped up so you can take it straight in your face... (I hope it's not too sticky then...)

So... to save you some time, we (royal plural) we have sampled several products and will hand out the votes...

(Tamelijk nutteloos, dit, een review van energie drankjes?!? Tsja, het ging hier om de werkelijkheid... of het gebrek aan...)

De wereld draait te snel, en je hebt een energie drankje nodig zodat je (denkt dat je) alles aankunt.

Om tijd te besparen hebben wij (koninklijk meervoud) verschillende producten voor je bekenen, en op een rijtje gezet...

(Voel je de onbedwingbare behoefte om mij te ondersteunen, dan zijn een paar trees een goed begin :-))

Oh yes! Hit me baby! Alcohol and sweetness, making for a great evening killer... upper and downer at once, time to party until you fall over. Perhaps a bit unfair to include something that contains alcohol, but who gives a... something...

I found this in Hong Kong (I stop at nothing to bring you the best!) and it might be hard to get it wherever you are, but if you're into DIY (do it yourself) you could try to mix Red Devil and Vodka, or perhaps Red Bull and Vodka.

Anyway... happymaking stuff!

You want calories? Go for the devil! Sweet, very extremely sweet, it offers the same amount of caffeine as most drinks, but it can be consumed in large quantities without hurting your stomach. At least it doesn't feel that way... (Don't ask me why.) Nice design on the can, and a prime component for any alcoholic mix creating 'energetic' drinks...

Sweet but statisfying.

Update. Can't buy this anymore, which is a pity...

The original. If only for the commercials... Okay, good, just don't drink too much as it will hurt your stomach... opt for Red Devil if you're into heavy consuming. Although Red Bull's smell alone is enough to keep you awake...

Of all the Red Bull clones this is one of the better ones. The taste is different, and it features loads of caffeine.

Another company trying to cash in. Fruity, and if that's what you like, go for it. I didn't like it at all so it went way down the taste charts... And herbal? My ass... it's probably the same chemical poison as all the others. At least there's caffeine in it... This deserves a lower spot, but hey! We're neutral and all that hogwash... loads of caffeine doesn't garantuee taste.

Not that good. It isn't even black (well, the can is, but that's about it). Sweet goofy liquid, something like the Bullfighter stuff.

Okay. Trying to copy Red Bull. And the looks of the can are rather confusing similar. No doubt they'll end up in court. Unfortunately, although the can looks similar the taste does not. With a penalty for unoriginality they'll never end up high on the charts...
